We don’t believe in formality for the sake of ‘looking professional’. Your goal is to learn Spanish as fast as possible, touching on the facets of the language that are most important to you. This means that we can’t hire linear thinkers.
Our company is built by bilingual, trilingual, and even polylingual language enthusiasts that have the singular objective of learning (and teaching) as fast as possible. Many of our teachers speak 2-3+ languages.
What we look for in a teacher:

Finding candidates who fit these criteria is not an easy task, but we do it because we know how important it is for your success.
Is having a degree a requirement? Absolutely not. Many of our teachers do have formal training, but it isn’t a must-have. We would much rather a hard-working, creative candidate with no degree over someone with a degree who lacks passion.
We hire for talent, regardless of a degree. This is one competitive edge we have over institutions with layers of red-tape. You’ll never hear us say that “this is the way we do it because this is the way it has always been done.”
