When can I schedule my private classes?

Can I take weekend lessons with my private classes subscription?

Our current schedule is 6am-8pm CST for private classes, Monday through Saturday.

As Sunday is often a day for family or religious gatherings in Colombia (the country where most of our teachers are located), we do not formally offer classes on Sundays. However, we do often provide exceptions.

If Saturday and Sunday classes are a must, please let us know when we begin the process of assigning you a dedicated teacher. We will do our best to match you with a teacher that will be flexible around your schedule and/or has agreed to work all weekends.

In the event your dedicated teacher is unable to accommodate your required/desired Saturday and Sunday classes, we may be able to provide you with a secondary teacher for weekend classes! As you likely already know, we will always do everything in our power to ensure that you are taken care of.

Common Questions

Can I book later than 8pm CST?

Depending on your location, we recognize that 8pm may be a limitation for you when signing up.

Our standard hours are until 8pm CST, but we can sometimes accommodate later classes. This depends on a few factors, but is treated on a case-by-case basis.

Can I take more than one hour of classes per day with my private classes subscription?

You sure can! Technically speaking, you could take all of your 6 hours of classes in one day. However, we would not recommend this.

The maximum time we recommend per day is 2 hours of classes. Please note also that if you would like two separate classes at one hour each, this may require using more than one teacher. 

Is there a booking system to use?

We do not have an on-demand booking system in place for private classes. Upon signing up, you'll be assigned a dedicated teacher based on your current schedule. Most of our students do a weekly recurring schedule to ensure they have classes locked in.

If your schedule changes at some point, we'll often be able to assist you directly with your teacher and rearrange when your classes are booked. This can be done directly with your teacher or with the help of our support team.

Have an issue changing your schedule? Not a problem. We'll either figure out a solution together or assign you to a new teacher that fits your schedule.
